The project at Creek Ridge County Park in LaPorte County, Indiana, involved putting wooden lunkers in Trail Creek to give fish a hiding place and improve the quality of the creek.  The project would also improve the water quality and reducte the flow of silt as it flows down the stream near the mouth of Trail Creek.
